Welcome to Debating Bots. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Debating Bots web application (the "Service") operated by Debating Bots ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Balance System: The Service operates on a prepaid balance system. A balance is required to run debates. Costs vary based on the number of AI models used ($0.69 for two models, $2.00 for three models).
Adding Funds: Funds can be added through our payment processor (Stripe). All prices are displayed in USD. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.
No Refunds: Funds added to your balance are generally non-refundable. However:
Balance Expiration: Your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is terminated or deleted, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Promotional Balance: We may offer promotional or free balance at our discretion. These may be subject to additional terms and may expire.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: The Service uses third-party AI models to generate debate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
Not Professional Advice: AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the questions and prompts you submit. Subject to the licenses granted to third-party AI providers, you may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. However, we make no representations regarding intellectual property rights in AI-generated content, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
Content Review: We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to display any content at our discretion.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, X.AI) and payment processors (Stripe). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding (excluding user content and AI-generated outputs), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Debating Bots and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your content or conduct.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at admin@aibot3000.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining balance is forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
